Build production-grade user interfaces for clients whose front-end is their product. You'll own delivery end-to-end — from design review through performance budgets and the on-call rotation.

What you'll do
  • 01Design and ship customer-facing applications in React and Next.js (App Router).
  • 02Set and enforce performance budgets — Core Web Vitals are not optional.
  • 03Pair with designers on the spec, then own the component model end-to-end.
  • 04Mentor mid-level engineers and review code with the seriousness of a co-author.
  • 05Carry an on-call rotation for the systems you helped build.
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of production frontend experience, with at least 3 in React.
  • Deep working knowledge of Next.js — RSC, streaming, caching, route handlers.
  • Strong opinions on accessibility, performance, and design systems.
  • Comfortable reading and contributing to backend code when the seam crosses.
  • Track record of shipping — public links, GitHub, or written engineering content preferred.
Bonus, not required
  • +Experience with Figma-to-code workflows and design tokens.
  • +Open-source contributions to the React / Next.js ecosystem.

Design and run the scalable systems behind our clients' critical workloads — payments, fraud, identity, fulfillment. Production stakes are real, and so is the engineering bar.

What you'll do
  • 01Design services in Go and Java for throughput, correctness, and operability.
  • 02Model data on PostgreSQL with an eye on indexes, query plans, and locking.
  • 03Build event-driven pipelines on Kafka — partitioning, idempotency, replay.
  • 04Use Redis well (and know when not to use it).
  • 05Operate what you ship — dashboards, alerts, runbooks, postmortems.
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years building production backend systems at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Go and Java — you can switch between them in the same week.
  • Deep PostgreSQL fluency: query planning, transactions, isolation levels.
  • Hands-on Kafka experience in production — not just a tutorial.
  • Comfortable in AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC fundamentals.
  • You write design docs before you write code, and you publish postmortems.

Own the platform our engineers ship on. Build the infrastructure, the CI/CD spine, and the observability stack that lets a senior team deliver without ceremony.

What you'll do
  • 01Own infrastructure-as-code across AWS and GCP — Terraform is the source of truth.
  • 02Operate Kubernetes clusters in production. Capacity, autoscaling, upgrades, the works.
  • 03Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that engineers actually trust.
  • 04Stand up the observability stack — metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, alert routing.
  • 05Lead incident response. Lead postmortems. Lead the prevention work that follows.
  • 06Harden the security posture: IAM, secrets, network policy, compliance evidence.
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years operating production infrastructure at scale.
  • Deep working knowledge of both AWS and GCP — not one with a tourist visa for the other.
  • Terraform fluency across modules, state management, and drift remediation.
  • Production Kubernetes operations, including upgrades and disaster recovery drills.
  • Comfortable owning the on-call rotation and the calmness it requires.
Bonus, not required
  • +ISO 27001 / SOC 2 evidence collection experience.
  • +Cost engineering — measurable savings via right-sizing, commitments, or architecture.
